It is my goal to always deliver the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having any challenges with your color or cut, please let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to make adjustments at no additional charge.
If you are running late, as a courtesy please notify me by calling or texting . Also be aware I may be unable to complete the services as they were booked.
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I do require 48 hours should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, 50% of your booked service will be charged to the card on file. If you cancel with less then 24 hours 100% of your booked service will be charged to the card on file. If you no call or no show your scheduled appointment 100% of the services booked will be charged to the card on file. A reminder text messages will be sent 48 hrs prior to your service.
